You can probably figure these out from the picture, but a lot of listeners have been asking about my meatball recipe, so I’ll gladly post if you’d like some guidance! Buy some pre-made meatballs if this seems daunting (or if you find it “gross” handling raw meat). I will tell you though, they were an absolute hit and a super fun Halloween themed dish to make and eat.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of ground beef
2 eggs
Big splash of Worcestershire
1/2 cup of crushed up plain chips (use some jalapeno and cheddar instead if you like to kick up the heat)
-make sure they’re really crushed up, if there are big pieces the meatballs will more easily break-up while cooking
1/4 onion finely diced
1 clove of minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jar of tomato pasta sauce
Pre-sliced mozzarella
Soft buns

Combine all ingredients (except sauce, cheese and buns) into meatballs, sear all sides, then bake (or smoke) until internal temp hits 160.
Heat jar of pasta sauce on stovetop add meatballs to sauce, & roll em around a bit.
Put meatballs in bun, add enough sauce on top to make them a little messy.
Cut slices of mozzarella into fang shapes and drape over meatballs.
Add scary eye balls on toothpicks.

Little tip. Cut the fangs first, and sneak what cheese you’re not using onto the bun below the meatballs, cause extra cheese is life.

Enjoy!!!
